Just a valid driver's license, one form of ID (passport for international guests), and proof of a hotel booking or return ticket. We accept International Driving Permits. Verification takes about 15 minutes.
Free for Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, and Ubud on rentals of 3 days or more. Outside those areas, a distance-based fee applies — we'll always tell you up front.
Call our 24-hour hotline. A replacement vehicle arrives within 2 hours in South Bali. Every car is insured — we handle the claims process and paperwork for you.
Yes, with at least 2 days' notice. We arrange the ferry paperwork for crossings to Java or Lombok. Off-island trips carry adjusted rates for distance.
